John Cooper Works Mini Clubman Excellent service provided by Craig and Lewis , not your stereo typical car dealer they actually care about providing excellent customer service and quality cars. Minor issue with the washers stopped working after a week, no problem took the car back and resolved while I waited, so the after service provided can’t be faulted. Definitely look to use Macsons for any future purchase without hesitation.

After having a bad experience at another car dealer I phoned to enquire about part exchanging my car for an abarth . I spoke to Lewis and arranged a viewing. On turning up at the showroom Lewis made me feel very welcome and we chatted about cars and life in general and I had a very enjoyable conversation. Getting back to the cars if the number plates were removed from the cars in the showroom you would think you were in a new car dealership they are that well presented. There was no sales pressure and a part exchange was easily agreed. This is a dealership run on old fashioned values and I would recommend them to anyone. Go and visit you might end up buying a car but I guarantee you’ll have a good day out.

Excellent customer service, with no pressure, but all the team are so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We had the pleasure of being looked after by Harry and nothing was too much trouble, he was patient attentive and knowledgeable. All the cars look impeccable and we were spoilt for choice. We made a purchase and this is my fifth Mini but normally I buy from main dealers but I was more than delighted with the service and can't wait to collect my car.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Macsons. Two weeks ago I part exchanged my Mercedes SLK for a mini cooper S Clubman. I can only say what a very pleasurable experience the whole process was. There was a nice relaxed atmosphere, no sales pressure and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Just picked up my two year old Porsche 718 Cayman from Craig and his sons. As I live over 100 miles from the dealership, I did what I have never previously done when buying a second hand car, and bought it 'blind'. The car on collection day was exactly as Craig had explained, and the warmth and professionalism shown by Craig and his son was absolutely second to none. The only pity for me was that due to the Corona Virus pandemic, I coudn't shake their hands! A huge 'thank you' to the team, I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.. If only all car purchases could be this friendly and straightforward..

Yet again I've just had a fantastic experience and professional service from Macsons, this is the only garage myself and family use, always a friendly welcome, the service you get is second to none and its like visiting friends when you go, I've just traded in a Kia Sportage and came away with an Audi Q5, the car is spotless and like always there show room condition, If your looking to purchase a new car you should go to Macsons even if its a journey away you will not be disappointed, you will not get a better service or better car

My F Type Jag had been written off a couple of weeks ago and after looking round found one at Macsons , I paid my deposit but my bank was not happy about paying without viewing, they need not have worried, what fantastic service from a genuine car salesperson, nothing was too much trouble , so I had a long rail journey from West Wales to Hinckley but was picked up from the station , and the car was perfect. After some more hassle from the bank the deal was done and I set off into storm Dennis arriving home at 1930. Thanks to Craig and Harry for a great car and fantastic service, highly recommended.

I have been delighted with the service I received from Macsons. I found the car on the web and right from the first contact I made with Craig I really felt at ease with buying the car from them. The car itself was exactly as described and the whole process of buying was extremely easy, supported by a very good warranty as well. I would certainly have no hesitation in buying from Macsons in the future despite them being nearly 100 miles away from where I live.

What more can I say other than this dealer offers a 5 star service. I purchased a Mercedes C220D from them and no stone was left unturned when it came to looking after me. I dealt with Craig over the phone when looking at the car and he was in no way pushy with regard to the sale. Lewis then Collected me from the station when I arrived in Hinckley. I struggle to think that you’d get this level of service from a Mercedes dealer. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality car with first class service!

I would recommend Macsons Cars to anyone looking for an excellent quality used car. From initial viewing and test drive to purchase and collection, I received a great friendly professional service from Craig and his son Lewis. All my questions were answered fully with no pushy sales techniques. The car was in immaculate condition and vehicle preparation was flawless. They even went the extra mile by ensuring their written warranty starts after the manufacturers warranty expires and, to alleviate my concerns about the first MOT due in three months, they arranged an early MOT giving me a full 12 months at no additional cost to the original agreed price. They also arranged car tax whilst I sorted out the insurance and before I drove off went through the car setting and linked my phone to the car via blue tooth. Easily my most positive independent dealer experience to date - A great family business that I would use again.

I see you have moved since then . I am looking to change my SLK which is still in very good condition with FSH and is still a very low mileage car with 33136 on the clock .
